Victims of Hurricane Florence Need Your Help This Thursday

The Homeland Security Foundation of American (HSFA) and its Aware Public Safety Campaign is presenting the Hurricane Florence Disaster Relief Drive this Thursday, October 4th from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. Please come out and volunteer your time to help the victims in the Carolinas who have been affected by Hurricane Florence. 

Participants are encouraged to bring any and all non-perishable items to the drive. Here is a list of what you can provide to the drive to help the victims of Hurricane Florence. 

  • Toiletries 
  • Diapers, Baby Wipes, and Baby Food
  • Gift Cards
  • New Bed Pillows and Blankets 
  • New Underwear and Socks 
  • Cleaning Supplies and Hand Sanitizer 
  • First Aid Items 
  • Canned Goods and more. 

News and Talk 1380 WAOK and its sister station V-103 will be on-site to help spread the word and provide assistance in helping the Carolina victims of Hurricane Florence retrieve the necessities they need in the aftermath of the storm. 

Please come and drop off your donations to the Hurricane Florence Disaster Relief Drive this Thursday, October 4th from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Riverside Epicenter.
